LMi is born out of a need to narrow from the big ideas shared at Like Minds Conference. Run as half day events with no more than 12 people in attendance, they are designed to immerse you into a targeted topic and provide you with inspiration, decision making information, examples, and calls to action from leaders in industry.

Targeted learning requires focus – the kind of focus that we don’t feel comfortable about splitting between 50, 100 or 200 people. By ensuring that we never have more than 12 places available at any Like Minds Immersive, we ensure that question and answers aren’t tagged on the end, but they are built into the day itself, with time given to each participant to ensure they come away with everything they need.

Our tutors consist of experts and industry leaders who are have front line experience, not theoretical ideas. They not only tutor the group, but facilitate discussion and direction within the group, where each likeminded participant can provide their insight and share their experiences to enhance our learning.
